We hope you’ll love your order, but if it isn’t quite right, returning to us is easy. You can return unworn item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund; your statutory rights are not affected.
The below are non-cancellable and non-refundable:
- Perishable products such as perfumes and toiletries.
- Personal products sold with a hygiene seal where that seal has been broken e.g. earrings, underwear and swimwear.
- Personalised products and products made to order.
- Any product that has been used, returned without original packaging or tags or is returned in an unsaleable condition. Faulty items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Skincare and beauty products can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any plastic wrapping intact.
For customers returning goods from outside the UK and/or needing to produce a customs declaration, goods MUST be marked as "Returned goods" with ZERO commercial value. Failure to do so or to declare any value on the shipment may result in import duty and/or taxes being applied to the returned goods, which will be deducted from any refunds payable or recharged to your payment method.

How to return an item
Please e-mail YBDFinds at email@example.com to inform us of your intention to return your purchase, stating clearly which product you are sending back and your reason for doing so.
We will get in touch to confirm your request and provide the address for the return.
Please pack your items securely by re-wrapping them in the original packaging, having removed the original address label. Shipping will be at the customer's expense. We recommend that you use a tracked service with a signature required on delivery to ensure you have proof of receipt. You may wish to insure your package for additional security.
