Payment processes

We accept online payment in a secure environment by the following methods:

  • Credit or debit card. We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, and Maestro via the Stripe payment gateway.
  • Apple and Google Pay. Please note that you must already have Apple Pay or Google Pay Set up on your device before attempting to make a purchase. More information can be found on Apple's and Google’s Support websites.
  • Paypal.



All transactions are shown in GBP(£), HKD, USD ($), and EURO (€)

Please note that currency conversions are calculated at +5% of the current mid-market rate. Customers may also incur currency conversion charges directly from their bank/credit card company which are outside of our control.


Duties and Taxes

For customers based in the UK, prices are inclusive of VAT. 

Orders placed on YBD Finds outside the UK are sold tax-free and shipped with Delivery Duty Unpaid. Orders are liable for local duties and taxes. You will be informed of any additional payment required to cover these costs with details of how to make the payment by either the courier or local tax office, prior to delivery.

You may want to contact your local customs office if you need further information before placing your order. Please note that if you refuse to pay the charges due on the parcel, it will be abandoned by your country's customs authority, and you will not be refunded. If there are any outstanding charges (including, but not limited to: holding fees, entrance fees, and abandonment fees), these may also be billed to your payment method also.


Postage & Shipping

Delivery information

Your order will be dispatched directly by each independent brand using their own delivery services. Please bear in mind that if you have ordered from more than one brand, then your products may arrive at different times and in separate packages.


    UK delivery times

    • Standard delivery is 2-5 working days
    • Next-day delivery is available for orders received before 1.00 pm. Please note that this service delivers the next working day (i.e. orders received after 1.00 pm on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday, and orders received after 1.00 pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday).


    Shipping charges

    • Customers in the UK & Ireland
      The delivery fee is £5 per brand for a standard delivery and £8 for an express (next day) delivery.
    • Customers in the EU
      The delivery fee is £10 per brand.
    • Customers in the United States, Canada and Australia
      The delivery fee is £15 per brand.
    • Customers in the Rest of the World
      The delivery fee is £20 per brand.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the following locations: Antarctica, Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African, Congo, Christmas Island, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Niger, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen, Zimbabwe



    Changes to your order

    We will do our very best to accommodate any changes to your order should you wish to change address, cancel or amend your order in any way prior to packing and despatch. Once your order is packed and despatched, this will not be possible.



    About Sales and Seasonal Sales

    Discounts are issued in the form of either '£ savings' or a 'percentage off' and are offered to customers via promotional emails, advertisements, on-site banners or 3rd party communications. There is no cash alternative and all terms and conditions are non-negotiable. Unless otherwise stated, discounts are only applicable to full price items (sale and clearance items are not included).YBD Finds reserves the right to cancel or change any promotion / discount without notice, at any time.

    All promotions will have a 'valid until' or 'expiry' date. Please refer to the original promotion source and / or Terms and Conditions for this information. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Promotional codes may be valid for one transaction per person / account.
