What does fashion mean to you in one word?

Creativity. Clothes and fashion are such a creative outlet for me alongside my day job as a teacher, and I love sparking a bit of joy with fun, colourful outfits and celebrating small brands and makers.

If your style was a movie, which would it be and why?

Alice in Wonderland. I think I’m quite fluid with my style and could dress as any of the characters from pieces in my eclectic wardrobe! Sometimes I’m giving Alice in a puffy dress or a ballet flat, other days it’s the Queen of Hearts with an oversized collar and pattern clashing or I can even channel a bit of the Mad Hatter with layering and maximalist accessorising! It’s all quite playful whilst remaining comfortable enough to handle falling down a rabbit hole into an adventure..

What's your favourite clothing item of all time?

It’s almost impossible for me to choose just one, but maybe my Slow Love Feel Good knit. It’s such a special piece, British designed and made entirely by hand from 100% cotton yarn. It’s the perfect oversized fit and it gets compliments every time I wear it.

What’s your favourite food?

Galaxy Ripple. I could eat hundreds.

Where would we find you on a Friday night?

Curled up on the sofa, wearing an oversized knit and under a blanket probably watching rubbish TV and scrolling on Instagram.

What’s in you current YBD Wishlist?

So much!!! Anything by Teija - the shapes and materials are just gorgeous. I also love the Lemuel MC Rosalind 83 Top in Coral and the Sula Brilliant Blouse - they are stunning colours for summer. Finally, the Mimi Berry Lech Bag is the perfect butter yellow every day bag.
