The Wood boasts a soft, relaxed silhouette with its rounded base gathered and ruched at the top, where a drawstring feature serves as a secure closure. Made extra-safe with the addition of a magnetic popper, because you can’t be too careful, can you?

Carefully crafted from goat leather in the most fun, golden, metallic pewter shade, the Wood is versatile, effortlessly transitioning from daytime to evening attire. Featuring dual straps, it can be comfortably worn across the body or on the shoulder. The pewter hue pairs perfectly yet interestingly with the subdued chocolate leather drawstring and whiskey straps.

The Wood bag measures H 22cm x W 29cm x D 10cm. Measurements are approximates, as the base is round so these measurements are taken at the widest point. 2.5cm Shoulder strap. Length including hardware: 62cm. 1.2cm Cross body strap length including hardware: approximately 106cm at shortest, 91cm at longest. 

Leather :
This product is made from Nigerian grainy goat leather, finished in Northamptonshire, England. It has been Veg tanned with an aniline finish. Variations in the leather are an inherent feature of this natural material and should be embraced as contributing to the unique nature of the product.

 The leather will mark and change colour easily and over time, taking on a rich and characterful patina, growing more and more interesting with every wear. It is advised to add a leather food to the product a few times a year, or when needed. This keeps the product supple and stops it from drying out, as well as evening out any stains. We recommend waterproofing your bag before use.  

The M.Hulot studio is now based in semi-rural Cambridgeshire. Perfectly placed for a slower way of life. All M.Hulot leather pieces are made right here in good ol’ England, put together by very talented craftspeople and finished by hand. M.Hulot work very closely with each maker, merging the sampling and design process into one, bouncing ideas and techniques between designer and maker, to give you unique and beautifully finished designs.

A signature will be required upon receipt of the goods; if there is no one available to accept the parcel, a calling card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery.

Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days unless otherwise stated in the product description, as some products are made to order. Depending on the delivery option you have selected, and provided you are a United Kingdom customer, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If any item cannot be delivered within this time, we will inform you of the reason for the delay, along with a proposed delivery date.

Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. We hold the right to refuse delivery to specific addresses.

If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information on how this might affect you and your order.

Britain’s decision to leave the EU means significantly increased admin & shipping costs. Whilst we have passed on as little cost as possible to our customers, unfortunately, we have had to impose a minimum order value of £200 for orders from the EU. We are very sorry for this.

YBD Finds is responsible for the goods until the point of delivery as stipulated in the original order. If the customer instigates a change to this delivery arrangement through direct contact with the delivery company, they assume responsibility from this point.
